FAQs

Is it really natural spring water?

Yes. Lipsey mountain spring water comes from a cold, deep-rock spring high in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. The spring is located on 180 acres of pristine, family-owned land surrounded by national forest, which naturally protects it from industrial or agricultural contamination.

Do I need to pay extra for equipment service?

No. Your rental fee includes all service needs for your dispenser, including maintenance and replacement if necessary.

What if I already own a water dispenser?

That’s no problem. Lipsey Water can still deliver our bottled spring water directly to you.

When is my next delivery?

Please login to your account for this information. 

How often will I receive deliveries?

At first, deliveries are scheduled every two (2) or four (4) weeks. After that, your Water Caterer will work with you to set the delivery frequency that best matches your needs. If you ever need additional products, just call or email us at service@lipseywater.com.

Do I need to be on-site to receive my deliveries?

For initial equipment installation, we ask that someone be present to allow entry into your home or office. We’ll contact you ahead of time to schedule a convenient appointment.

For regular bottled water deliveries, you do not need to be on-site. Simply designate a drop-off location, and your Lipsey Water Caterer will leave your bottles there each time. Empty bottles can be left in the same spot (or a different one, if you prefer) for pickup.

What if I need water before my next delivery?

If you run low before your scheduled delivery, simply call our office or email service@lipseywater.com. We’ll arrange a special delivery as quickly as possible.

What is a bottle deposit?

A Bottle Deposit is the refundable value of each 3- or 5-gallon bottle. On your first delivery, you’ll be charged a $10 deposit per bottle in addition to the cost of the water.

  • If you return the same number of empties as full bottles delivered, no additional charges apply.

  • If you return more empties than we deliver, you’ll receive a credit for the difference.

  • If you receive more full bottles than you return, the difference will be added to your account.

  • If you cancel service and return all bottles, you’ll receive a full refund of $10 per bottle.

How do I clean my water cooler?

We provide simple cleaning steps, click here, which help keep your cooler fresh and your Lipsey water tasting great. In addition, we typically swap out coolers every 12 months at no charge. If you’d ever like your cooler replaced sooner, just let us know and we’ll handle it during your next delivery.
